Accepted Payment Method
At Urbanouter, we currently accept PayPal as our sole payment method. PayPal allows you to pay securely using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or any debit/credit card connected to your PayPal account.
We do not currently offer a separate card checkout, bank transfer, or cash on delivery option.
Currency
All prices on our website are displayed and charged in British Pounds (GBP, £). Urbanouter ships only within the United Kingdom, and all transactions are processed in GBP.
When You Are Charged
Payment is processed at the time of order. Once you complete checkout via PayPal, the full order amount is charged immediately and your order is confirmed. We do not offer delayed billing, charge-on-dispatch, or partial/split payment options.

Billing Issues, Refunds, and Failed Payments
If a payment fails, is declined, or you notice an unauthorized or incorrect charge, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and assist. Refunds, where applicable, are issued back to the original PayPal account used for the purchase.
